With over a decade of solid experience in human capital management serving in both a centralized and decentralized HR model, Aida’s HR experience encompasses a wide range of HR functions to include strategic planning, talent management and employee retention, employee rewards, job classification, performance management, HR analytics, compensation management, organizational and employee development and leave management. Prior to joining Independent Sector, Aida most recently served a senior HR professional for a construction compliance company. She is native of Dakar, Senegal, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a minor in International Business, a MS in Human Resource Management, and an MBA from the University of Maryland Global.
