Chloe Kessock is Director of Media Relations and Executive Communications at Independent Sector. Chloe is responsible for growing and strengthening the organization’s relationships with media, crafting compelling executive-level messaging, and ensuring consistent, strategic communications with stakeholders. With 8 years of experience directing communications for high-profile Members of Congress, Chloe brings a comprehensive understanding of narrative building and media pitching in an oversaturated and chaotic information environment, prioritizing straightforward messaging over jargon and authenticity over abstraction.
Previously, Chloe served as Communications Director for Rep. Jasmine Crockett (TX-30), securing high-profile media opportunities for the Member and directing messaging strategy to an audience of over 1 million social media followers. Prior to working with Rep. Crockett, Chloe worked as Communications Director for Rep. Charlie Crist (FL-13), proudly serving the people of her home district. Chloe holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida in International Relations. When she is not working, Chloe enjoys being walked by her dog Chester at the Congressional Cemetery, learning Ukrainian, designing and hot-gluing elaborate Halloween costumes, and visiting the white sand beaches of her hometown.
