Jamie Tucker is the director of public policy strategy and operations at Independent Sector. In this role, Jamie leads strategic planning and advocacy efforts for the public policy department. Previously, Jamie served as director of policy at Parkinson’s Action Network, now part of the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research, and was also associate director of government relations at Independent Sector. Jamie has a bachelor’s degree in political science and a master’s of public administration from Clemson University and is working toward a J.D. at the Georgetown University Law Center. He lives in Maryland with his wife, daughter, and rescue hound.
