Pamela Fields is the Founder of Visible Unity, Inc. Working for and with churches and non-profit organizations for more than 20 years, she has provided training, oversight, and management for effective and long-term sustainability. Utilizing experience and education propelled her forward. While studying in Minnesota, she helped to plant a diverse congregation and traveled with a group to South Africa to study the Truth and Reconciliation Commission process.
She has co-published workbooks for Facilitators and Students for the Youth Mock Trial Program of Youth Conflict Resolution Center, Inc. and formerly served on their board. She was a facilitator for the Dallas Dinner Table (table discussions around race) and she was involved in a diverse faith community working towards racial reconciliation, peace, healing, and justice. Her educational experiences have been diverse. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Religion from an HBCU and traveled to Minnesota for a Masters in Global & Contextual Studies and a Certificate in Spiritual & Personal Formation and later received a doctorate in Global Leadership. She is certified as a Peace Ambassador through The Shift Network and is ordained by the Christian National Church.
