Victor is a researcher with deep experience designing and executing research programs that inform and measure the impact of public policy and issue-based campaigns at the global, national and local community level. Well-versed in a variety of innovative qualitative and quantitative research techniques, Victor’s areas of expertise include thought leadership, audience segmentation and targeting, message testing, and reputation tracking.
Throughout his career he has had the privilege of providing insights and counsel to some of the world’s leading private companies, nonprofits and trade associations. Some of Victor’s recent clients include Points of Light, GSK, Johnson & Johnson and Adobe.
Prior to joining Edelman, Victor worked at Echelon Insights, a political polling and intelligence firm based in Alexandria, Virginia, where he specialized in research informing nonprofit issue-advocacy campaigns.
Victor graduated from Georgetown University with a degree in Political Economy and Mathematics and he holds a graduate certificate in Survey Methodology from the University of Maryland, College Park. Though currently based in Washington, DC, Victor tries to get home to his native Northern California every chance he can get.
